LITIGATION ASSOCIATE.

Ragab Law Firm, a leading legal practice based in downtown Denver, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business/Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including drafting operating agreements, handling litigation, business purchase documents, contracts, and deeds.

• Draft operating agreements and handle related litigation matters

• Prepare business purchase documents, contracts, and other legal agreements

• Draft and review deeds for real estate transactions

• Handle landlord/tenant matters, including a comprehensive understanding of the eviction process

• Conduct legal research and provide sound advice to clients

• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal solutions for clients

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Colorado Bar and good standing with bar association

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing business law, with a focus on real estate

• Strong knowledge and experience in drafting operating agreements, business purchase documents, contracts, and deeds

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters related to operating agreements

• Extensive knowledge of landlord/tenant law and the eviction process

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
